Cellar

The capacity of the cellar is about 350 hectolitres, and it fully combines both tradition and technology. As the process of fermentation takes place in big oak barrels, the wine can achieve its full complexity, and after the first racking, it is poured into stainless steel tanks to mature.

The Režek family does not rush the vinification, they tend to intervene in the process as little as possible, so as not to «harrass» the wine. After the typisation process, the wine is bottled in September, which is done by only a few winemakers.
